I have spent the last few months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still unsure as to which program to buy. A colleague of mine used to work at Doubletree Hotel Bradley International A in Windsor Locks, CT and she said they never used that style of software and could not make sense of why I want to get this kind of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

Contract management software enables organisations to effectively manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least in my case what I am looking for it to do. There are a number of advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• improves clarity

There are other advantages but these are what matters most to me and often to other organisations.

• Blueridge Software
• Memba Context

I really have to reduce the list to the most effective software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are generally the easiest way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially this type of software.

My plan is to do a little more research to determine which products offer the most features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Windsor Locks as well as a number of IT businesses presenting this as a service.
