I have spent the last 2 months investigating the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A colleague of mine used to work at Ryan International Airlines in Wichita, KS and he once said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to explain why I need to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is designed for:

So that is what contract management software does or at least in my case what I want it to do. There are a number of reasons for using particular contract management software. For example it:

• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are other advantages but those are what matters most to me and often to other corporations.

I really have to shorten the list to the top software based on features, value, and then on customer reviews. Software program reviews are often the easiest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this type of software.

My next move is to do a little more reading to work out which programs offer the best features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Wichita as well as a number of IT companies providing this as a service.
