I have spent the last few months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A friend of mine worked at Warwick Valley Aviation in Warwick, NY and he said they never used that type of software and could not comprehend why I want to purchase this specific type of software. I tried to discuss why I need to use contract management software by first showing what the software does:

Contract management software allows enterprises to efficiently manage the many types of contracts they engage in. This specific type of software can ensure standard contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least what I would like it to do. There are numerous reasons for using particular contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides contract clarity

There are further advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

Software I am researching includes the following:

• Open Windows
• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Blueridge Software
• ProCon

I really have to narrow it down to the top software based on features, cost, and then on user reviews. Software reviews are frequently the easiest way to make the right decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My next move is to do some more reading to work out which programs offer the most features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Warwick as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
