I have spent the last 2 months investigating the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which program to buy. A relative of mine briefly worked at Tompkinsville Airport in Tompkinsville, KY and he said they never used that type of software and could not comprehend why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first discussing what the software does:

Contract management software lets companies to easily manage the many types of contracts they engage in. This type of software can ensure consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least in my case what I want it to do. There are numerous advantages of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides clarity

There are more advantages but they are what matters most to me and often to other businesses.

Software I am researching includes the following:

• Finetooth
• Contract Insight
• Blueridge Software
• ProCon

I really have to narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are often the easiest way to make a final decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My next move is to do a bit more investigating to work out which products offer the best features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Tompkinsville as well as a number of IT businesses providing this as a service.
