I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still unsure as to which program to buy. A colleague of mine briefly worked at Tropical Airlines in Tallahassee, FL and he said they never used that style of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this kind of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

Contract management software lets enterprises to effectively manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I want it to do. There are numerous benefits of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are other product advantages but they are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• Contract Connect
• IntelliContract
• Blueridge Software
• Accruent

I really must reduce the list to the best software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Software reviews are frequently the best way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a little more research to see which products offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Tallahassee as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
