I have spent the last couple of months investigating the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A colleague of mine used to work at High Valley Airpark in Suches, GA and she said they never used that type of software and could not understand why I want to buy this specific type of software. I tried to discuss why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software is designed for:

Contract management software allows enterprises to easily manage the different types of contracts they engage in. This kind of software can ensure very consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I want it to do. There are many benefits of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• facilitates compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides clarity

There are more advantages but they are what matters most to me and often to other businesses.

• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Accruent

I really must shorten the list to the top software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are generally the best way to make a good decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a little more investigating to determine which programs offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Suches as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
