I have spent the last 2 months looking for the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which product to get. A relative of mine used to work at Felts Field Airport – SFF in Spokane, WA and he said they never used that style of software and could not make sense of why I want to get this specific type of software. I tried to discuss why I would like to use contract management software by first discussing what the software does:

Contract management software allows companies to easily manage the many types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous advantages of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides clarity

There are further advantages but these are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Accruent

I really have to narrow it down to the top software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are often the quickest way to make a good decision before purchasing software, especially this type of software.

My plan is to do some more reading to work out which products offer the best features and the most value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Spokane as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
