I have spent the last 2 months investigating the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A friend of mine used to work at Supershuttle Transportation in South San Francisco, CA and he said they never used that kind of software and could not comprehend why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is designed for:

Contract management software lets organisations to efficiently manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This specific type of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least in my case what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous reasons for using particular contract management software. For example it:

• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are other advantages but these are what matters most to me and often to other businesses.

• ProCon

I really have to narrow it down to the top software based on features, price, and then on user reviews. Software reviews are frequently the best way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially this type of software.

My plan is to do a little more research to see which packages offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in South San Francisco as well as a number of IT organisations presenting this as a service.
