I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still at a loss as to which program to buy. A colleague of mine used to work at Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Cent in Seattle, WA and he said they never used that type of software and could not make sense of why I want to get this type of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is used for:

Contract management software lets organisations to easily manage the various types of contracts they engage in. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least what I would like it to do. There are a number of advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• improves clarity

There are further advantages but these are what matters most to me and frequently to other businesses.

I really have to shorten the list to the top software based on features, cost, and then on user reviews. Software reviews are generally the quickest way to make a good decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My next step is to do some more reading to determine which packages offer the best features and the greatest value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Seattle as well as a number of IT businesses giving this as a service.
