I have spent the last few months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A relative of mine worked at Hertz Car Rental in Scottsbluff, NE and she said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to get this kind of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is designed for:

Contract management software lets organisations to effectively manage the different types of contracts they engage in. This kind of software can ensure very consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are many advantages of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides contract clarity

There are other benefits but these are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

• Memba Context

I really have to reduce the list to the top software based on features, value, and then on customer reviews. Software program reviews are frequently the quickest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My plan is to do some more reading to see which products offer the most features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Scottsbluff as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
