I have spent the last 2 months investigating the best contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A relative of mine briefly worked at Santa Teresa Airport in Santa Teresa, NM and he once said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this specific type of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is used for:

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I would like it to do. There are a number of reasons for using particular contract management software. For example it:

• reduces risk
• improves clarity

There are further advantages but these are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

I really should narrow it down to the top software based on features, value, and then on user reviews. Software reviews are often the best way to make the right decision before buying software, especially this kind of software.

My next move is to do some more reading to determine which packages offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Santa Teresa as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
