I have spent the last 2 months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still at a loss as to which program to buy. A colleague of mine worked at Allied Aviation Corporation in San Antonio, TX and he said they never used that style of software and could not comprehend why I want to get this kind of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

So that is what contract management software does or at least what I would like it to do. There are a number of reasons for using particular contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• improves clarity

There are more benefits but they are what matters most to me and generally to other organisations.

I really must shorten the list to the top software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are generally the easiest way to make a good decision before purchasing software, especially this kind of software.

My next step is to do some more research to see which programs offer the most features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in San Antonio as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
