I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still at a loss as to which product to get. A friend of mine briefly worked at Ramp International Inc in Salt Lake City, UT and he said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to discuss why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is designed for:

Contract management software lets enterprises to easily manage the various types of contracts they engage in. This type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least in my case what I would like it to do. There are many benefits of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides clarity

There are further advantages but these are what matters most to me and often to other corporations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Finetooth
• IntelliContract
• Softrax
• Memba Context

I really should reduce the list to the top software based on features, cost, and then on user reviews. Software program reviews are generally the best way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a little more investigating to work out which packages offer the best features and the greatest value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Salt Lake City as well as a number of IT businesses presenting this as a service.
