I have spent the last 2 months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still at a loss as to which program to buy. A friend of mine used to work at California Pizza Kitchen in Salt Lake City, UT and he said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software allows enterprises to efficiently manage the many types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure very consistent contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous reasons for using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• improves clarity

There are further product advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Memba Context

I really must shorten the list to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on online reviews. Software program reviews are frequently the easiest way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My next move is to do some more reading to work out which products offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Salt Lake City as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
