I have spent the last 2 months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A relative of mine used to work at Metropolitan Airports Commission – Reliever Airports, St Paul Holman Field in Saint Paul, MN and he said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to discuss why I need to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is designed for:

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least in my case what I want it to do. There are a number of advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are other benefits but they are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Softrax
• ProCon

I really should narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Product reviews are frequently the quickest way to make the right decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My next move is to do some more investigating to determine which programs offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Saint Paul as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
