I have spent the last few months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A friend of mine worked at Rosamond Skypark F B O in Rosamond, CA and she said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to discuss why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are many advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• reduces the risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more advantages but these are what matters most to me and generally to other organisations.

• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Accruent

I really should narrow it down to the best software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are generally the quickest way to make a good decision before buying software, especially this kind of software.

My next step is to do a bit more investigating to work out which products offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Rosamond as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
