I have spent the last few months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A relative of mine worked at Lewis University Airport in Romeoville, IL and she said they never used that kind of software and could not comprehend why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is used for:

Contract management software lets enterprises to easily manage the different types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure standard contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are many reasons for using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are further product advantages but these are what matters most to me and often to other organisations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Open Windows
• IntelliContract
• Softrax
• ProCon

I really have to shorten the list to the top software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are often the easiest way to make a good decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a little more investigating to work out which products offer the most features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Romeoville as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
