I have spent the last 2 months investigating the most efficient contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A friend of mine briefly worked at Richland Center Airport in Richland Center, WI and he once said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to get this specific type of software. I tried to discuss why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software does:

Contract management software enables enterprises to efficiently manage the many types of contracts they engage in. This type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I would like it to do. There are a number of advantages of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides clarity

There are further advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other organisations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• Open Windows
• IntelliContract
• Softrax
• Memba Context

I really should reduce the list to the top software based on features, value, and then on user reviews. Software program reviews are often the quickest way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially this kind of software.

My plan is to do some more investigating to see which packages offer the greatest features and the most value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Richland Center as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
