I have spent the last 2 months searching for the most reliable contract management software and am still at a loss as to which program to buy. A colleague of mine used to work at Thrifty Airport Parking Service in Portland, OR and she said they never used that type of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this kind of software. I tried to discuss why I would like to use contract management software by first discussing what the software does:

Contract management software lets organisations to easily manage the many types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure very consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least in my case what I would like it to do. There are many advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• facilitates compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• improves clarity

There are further benefits but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

• Memba Context

I really must narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software program reviews are frequently the quickest way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My next move is to do some more reading to work out which packages offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Portland as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
