I have spent the last couple of months searching for the most reliable contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A colleague of mine worked at Sig Aviation in Pikeville, NC and he once said they never used that kind of software and could not comprehend why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first showing what the software does:

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I want it to do. There are numerous reasons for using specific contract management software. For example it:

• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more benefits but these are what matters most to me and often to other organisations.

• Memba Context

I really should narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, cost, and then on user reviews. Product reviews are generally the best way to make a good decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My next move is to do some more investigating to work out which products offer the greatest features and the most value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Pikeville as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
