I have spent the last 2 months searching for the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which product to get. A friend of mine worked at Petaluma City Of in Petaluma, CA and he once said they never used that style of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this kind of software. I tried to discuss why I need to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous benefits of using specific contract management software. For example it:

There are more advantages but these are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

I really have to narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, cost, and then on user reviews. Software reviews are frequently the best way to make a final decision before purchasing software, especially this type of software.

My plan is to do a bit more research to work out which programs offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Petaluma as well as a number of IT organisations presenting this as a service.
