I have spent the last few months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A colleague of mine used to work at Peachtree City Airport Authority in Peachtree City, GA and he once said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to get this type of software. I tried to show why I need to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables companies to easily manage the many types of contracts they engage in. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least in my case what I want it to do. There are numerous advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are other advantages but these are what matters most to me and generally to other organisations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• IntelliContract
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• ProCon

I really have to narrow it down to the top software based on features, cost, and then on online reviews. Software program reviews are often the quickest way to make a final decision before buying software, especially this type of software.

My plan is to do some more reading to determine which packages offer the most features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Peachtree City as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
