I have spent the last 2 months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A colleague of mine used to work at North County Airport – Service Provider in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and he once said they never used that type of software and could not comprehend why I want to get this kind of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first showing what the software does:

Contract management software enables enterprises to efficiently manage the many types of contracts they utilise. This kind of software can ensure consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are more benefits but these are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• IntelliContract
• Softrax
• Memba Context

I really should narrow it down to the best software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Product reviews are often the quickest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this type of software.

My next step is to do a bit more research to see which products offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Palm Beach Gardens as well as a number of IT organisations presenting this as a service.
