I have spent the last 2 months investigating the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which way to go. A relative of mine briefly worked at Oscoda Wurtsmith Airport Services in Oscoda, MI and he once said they never used that style of software and could not comprehend why I want to get this type of software. I tried to show why I need to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is used for:

Contract management software allows companies to efficiently manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure standard contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least in my case what I am looking for it to do. There are a number of advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides contract clarity

There are other advantages but they are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• IntelliContract
• Blueridge Software
• Accruent

I really have to reduce the list to the most effective software based on features, value, and then on customer reviews. Product reviews are often the best way to make a final decision before purchasing software, especially this type of software.

My next move is to do some more investigating to see which programs offer the most features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Oscoda as well as a number of IT organisations presenting this as a service.
