I have spent the last couple of months investigating the most reliable contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A colleague of mine worked at Orr Public Airport in Orr, MN and he said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this specific type of software. I tried to explain why I need to use contract management software by first showing what the software does:

Contract management software lets companies to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they utilise. This specific type of software can ensure consistent contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I would like it to do. There are numerous advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides clarity

There are more product advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

Software I am researching includes the following:

• Contract Connect
• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Blueridge Software
• ProCon

I really have to reduce the list to the best software based on features, value, and then on customer reviews. Product reviews are generally the quickest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My next step is to do a bit more investigating to work out which programs offer the best features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Orr as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
