I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A colleague of mine worked at Nogales International Airport-Tiffin Aviation Service Inc in Nogales, AZ and he once said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to discuss why I need to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

Contract management software allows companies to effectively manage the various types of contracts they use. This type of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I want it to do. There are many benefits of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• improves clarity

There are further benefits but those are what matters most to me and often to other organisations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• IntelliContract
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Accruent

I really have to reduce the list to the best software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are frequently the best way to make a final decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a little more reading to see which packages offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Nogales as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
