I have spent the last 2 months investigating the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which product to get. A friend of mine briefly worked at Skydive Missouri in Mount Vernon, MO and she said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to discuss why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software does:

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least in my case what I would like it to do. There are numerous benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• lowers risk
• provides clarity

There are further advantages but these are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Accruent

I really have to shorten the list to the best software based on features, value, and then on user reviews. Software reviews are often the easiest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this type of software.

My next step is to do some more investigating to work out which packages offer the greatest features and the most value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Mount Vernon as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
