I have spent the last couple of months looking for the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which program to buy. A colleague of mine used to work at MT Vernon Airport – Flight Line Aero SVCS in Mount Vernon, IL and he said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software does:

Contract management software lets enterprises to effectively manage the many types of contracts they engage in. This kind of software can ensure very consistent contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I would like it to do. There are numerous advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides clarity

There are further benefits but they are what matters most to me and often to other corporations.

Software I am researching includes the following:

• Finetooth
• IntelliContract
• Blueridge Software
• Memba Context

I really have to narrow it down to the best software based on features, value, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are often the easiest way to make the right decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a bit more research to see which programs offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Mount Vernon as well as a number of IT businesses presenting this as a service.
