I have spent the last few months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A relative of mine worked at Dias Maria Arlinda PhD in Mount Sinai, NY and she said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to get this type of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software lets organisations to easily manage the many types of contracts they engage in. This kind of software can ensure very consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least what I want it to do. There are a number of benefits of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more product advantages but these are what matters most to me and often to other organisations.

Software I am researching includes the following:

• IntelliContract
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Accruent

I really must reduce the list to the most effective software based on features, cost, and then on online reviews. Software program reviews are frequently the easiest way to make a final decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a little more research to determine which packages offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Mount Sinai as well as a number of IT companies providing this as a service.
