I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A relative of mine briefly worked at Speedbird Aviation Services in Morganton, NC and he said they never used that style of software and could not comprehend why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software does:

Contract management software lets companies to effectively manage the different types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at a minimum what I would like it to do. There are many reasons for using particular contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides clarity

There are other product advantages but they are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• Open Windows
• Contract Insight
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• Accruent

I really have to narrow it down to the top software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are often the quickest way to make a final decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My next step is to do some more research to determine which programs offer the most features and the most value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Morganton as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
