I have spent the last couple of months looking for the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which program to buy. A relative of mine used to work at Jetaway Aviation in Montrose, CO and she said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this specific type of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software does:

Contract management software enables organisations to easily manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I want it to do. There are a number of reasons for using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides clarity

There are more benefits but they are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• Softrax
• Memba Context

I really must shorten the list to the best software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are frequently the quickest way to make a final decision before purchasing software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a little more research to work out which packages offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Montrose as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
