I have spent the last 2 months looking for the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which program to buy. A friend of mine briefly worked at Metropolitan Airports Commission – Reliever Airports, Crystal in Minneapolis, MN and he said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to get this type of software. I tried to explain why I need to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is used for:

Contract management software allows organisations to efficiently manage the many types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure very consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least what I want it to do. There are many advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides clarity

There are more product advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

• Ketera Contract Management Express
• ProCon

I really must narrow it down to the top software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Software reviews are generally the best way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially this kind of software.

My next move is to do a bit more reading to determine which products offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Minneapolis as well as a number of IT businesses providing this as a service.
