I have spent the last 2 months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A friend of mine worked at Toledo Metcalf Field in Millbury, OH and he once said they never used that type of software and could not understand why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to discuss why I would like to use contract management software by first discussing what the software does:

Contract management software enables companies to easily manage the different types of contracts they engage in. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least in my case what I would like it to do. There are a number of reasons for using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• provides clarity

There are further product advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

• IntelliContract
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• ProCon

I really must shorten the list to the top software based on features, cost, and then on online reviews. Software reviews are generally the quickest way to make the right decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My next step is to do a bit more research to determine which products offer the best features and the best value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Millbury as well as a number of IT businesses giving this as a service.
