I have spent the last couple of months investigating the most efficient contract management software and am still at a loss as to which program to buy. A friend of mine used to work at Aero Services International in Middletown, PA and he said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to get this type of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software allows companies to easily manage the many types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are other product advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Softrax
• Memba Context

I really must narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software program reviews are generally the quickest way to make a good decision before purchasing software, especially this type of software.

My plan is to do a little more research to see which products offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Middletown as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
