I have spent the last 2 months searching for the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A colleague of mine briefly worked at Airline Container Leasing Inc in Miami, FL and she said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to get this kind of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables organisations to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure standard contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are many advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more benefits but those are what matters most to me and often to other corporations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• IntelliContract
• Softrax
• Memba Context

I really should shorten the list to the top software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Software reviews are frequently the best way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My next step is to do some more reading to determine which packages offer the most features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in Miami as well as a number of IT businesses providing this as a service.
