I have spent the last few months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A colleague of mine briefly worked at Skydive Pennsylvania Skydiving Center in Mercer, PA and she said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to get this specific type of software. I tried to discuss why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

So that is what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are many benefits of using purpose built contract management software. For example it:

• improves clarity

There are more product advantages but these are what matters most to me and often to other businesses.

I really must reduce the list to the top software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are frequently the quickest way to make a good decision before buying software, especially this type of software.

My next step is to do some more research to work out which programs offer the most features and the most value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Mercer as well as a number of IT organisations presenting this as a service.
