I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which way to go. A relative of mine briefly worked at Memphis International Airport Center-Miac in Memphis, TN and he said they never used that type of software and could not comprehend why I want to get this type of software. I tried to discuss why I would like to use contract management software by first discussing what the software does:

Contract management software enables enterprises to efficiently manage the various types of contracts they engage in. This specific type of software can ensure standard contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I want it to do. There are many reasons for using specific contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides clarity

There are more benefits but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• IntelliContract
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• ProCon

I really have to reduce the list to the top software based on features, cost, and then on online reviews. Software program reviews are frequently the easiest way to make a final decision before purchasing software, especially this kind of software.

My next step is to do a bit more reading to see which packages offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Memphis as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
