I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still at a loss as to which product to get. A friend of mine used to work at Web Creations Inc. in Mccleary, WA and he said they never used that style of software and could not comprehend why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables organisations to efficiently manage the various types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I want it to do. There are numerous advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• improves clarity

There are further product advantages but these are what matters most to me and often to other businesses.

• Memba Context

I really have to reduce the list to the top software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Product reviews are generally the best way to make a final decision before purchasing software, especially this kind of software.

My next move is to do some more investigating to determine which packages offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Mccleary as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
