I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which way to go. A relative of mine briefly worked at Airport Maryville Municipal in Maryville, MO and she said they never used that type of software and could not understand why I want to buy this specific type of software. I tried to show why I would like to use contract management software by first discussing what the software does:

Contract management software enables organisations to efficiently manage the many types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure standard contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are a number of advantages of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides clarity

There are more product advantages but they are what matters most to me and generally to other organisations.

Software I am researching includes the following:

• Contract Connect
• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Blueridge Software
• Accruent

I really have to narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on customer reviews. Software program reviews are generally the quickest way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially this kind of software.

My next step is to do a little more investigating to see which products offer the best features and the most value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Maryville as well as a number of IT companies providing this as a service.
