I have spent the last 2 months looking for the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which way to go. A relative of mine used to work at Georgia One Limo in Marietta, GA and he said they never used that kind of software and could not comprehend why I want to get this type of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software is designed for:

Contract management software lets companies to efficiently manage the various types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure standard contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is what contract management software does or at least what I want it to do. There are many reasons for using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides clarity

There are further advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other organisations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• Contract Connect
• Khameleon Software by Oracle
• Softrax
• ProCon

I really must narrow it down to the best software based on features, value, and then on user reviews. Product reviews are generally the easiest way to make the right decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a bit more investigating to determine which packages offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Marietta as well as a number of IT companies presenting this as a service.
