I have spent the last couple of months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which way to go. A relative of mine briefly worked at Rice County Aviation in Lyons, KS and he said they never used that kind of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first showing what the software does:

Contract management software enables enterprises to effectively manage the many types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure consistent contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least what I want it to do. There are many benefits of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides clarity

There are other product advantages but these are what matters most to me and generally to other corporations.

Software I am researching includes the following:

• Contract Connect
• IntelliContract
• Softrax
• Memba Context

I really have to shorten the list to the most effective software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are generally the best way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My next step is to do a little more research to determine which packages offer the most features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Lyons as well as a number of IT businesses presenting this as a service.
