I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A colleague of mine worked at London Corbin Airport in London, KY and he said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this type of software. I tried to discuss why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

Contract management software lets enterprises to effectively manage the various types of contracts they utilise. This type of software can ensure consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are numerous advantages of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• reduces the risk
• improves clarity

There are further benefits but they are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• IntelliContract
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• ProCon

I really must reduce the list to the best software based on features, value, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are frequently the quickest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My plan is to do some more reading to work out which programs offer the most features and the most value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in London as well as a number of IT organisations giving this as a service.
