I have spent the last few months investigating the best contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A friend of mine briefly worked at Leitchfield Grayson Airport in Leitchfield, KY and he said they never used that style of software and could not comprehend why I want to purchase this specific type of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first showing what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables companies to effectively manage the many types of contracts they utilise. This kind of software can ensure standard contracts which displays payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I am looking for it to do. There are many advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides clarity

There are more benefits but these are what matters most to me and often to other businesses.

• Softrax
• Memba Context

I really have to shorten the list to the top software based on features, value, and then on user reviews. Product reviews are often the quickest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this type of software.

My plan is to do a little more research to determine which packages offer the greatest features and the most value for money. It is quite difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Leitchfield as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
