I have spent the last few months looking for the best contract management software and am still at a loss as to which product to get. A relative of mine worked at Great Lakes Airlines in Laramie, WY and she said they never used that kind of software and could not understand why I want to purchase this specific type of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is designed for:

Contract management software enables companies to easily manage the different types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I would like it to do. There are many advantages of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• increases compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are other benefits but these are what matters most to me and generally to other organisations.

• Accruent

I really should shorten the list to the most effective software based on features, price, and then on user reviews. Software reviews are generally the quickest way to make the right decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My next move is to do some more research to see which products offer the greatest features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Laramie as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
