I have spent the last few months searching for the most efficient contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A friend of mine used to work at Hertz Rent A Car in Laramie, WY and she said they never used that type of software and could not make sense of why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first discussing what the software does:

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at a minimum what I would like it to do. There are many benefits of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• facilitates compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• improves clarity

There are more benefits but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

Software I am thinking about getting includes the following:

• IntelliContract
• Ketera Contract Management Express
• ProCon

I really have to narrow it down to the top software based on features, value, and then on online reviews. Software program reviews are frequently the quickest way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this kind of software.

My next move is to do a little more reading to determine which packages offer the most features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Laramie as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
