I have spent the last 2 months investigating the most reliable contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A colleague of mine worked at American Airports Corporation in Lancaster, CA and he said they never used that style of software and could not understand why I want to buy this type of software. I tried to explain why I want to use contract management software by first discussing what the software does:

Contract management software allows enterprises to efficiently manage the various types of contracts they use. This kind of software can ensure consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I want it to do. There are many benefits of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• automates the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides contract clarity

There are other advantages but those are what matters most to me and generally to other organisations.

Software I am considering includes the following:

• Contract Connect
• IntelliContract
• Blueridge Software
• Accruent

I really must narrow it down to the best software based on features, cost, and then on customer reviews. Software program reviews are frequently the easiest way to make the right decision before purchasing software, especially this type of software.

My plan is to do some more investigating to see which packages offer the most features and the greatest value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Lancaster as well as a number of IT businesses providing this as a service.
