I have spent the last couple of months searching for the most reliable contract management software and am still not convinced as to which product to get. A friend of mine briefly worked at Lafayette Barwick Airport in La Fayette, GA and he said they never used that type of software and could not make sense of why I want to get this kind of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is designed for:

Contract management software allows companies to efficiently manage the different types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which details payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are a number of advantages of using particular contract management software. For example it:

• easily automates the contract cycle
• facilitates compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides clarity

There are more benefits but they are what matters most to me and generally to other businesses.

I really have to reduce the list to the best software based on features, value, and then on customer reviews. Software reviews are often the best way to make a good decision before buying software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do a little more research to determine which products offer the best features and the best value for money. It is not easy seeing as there are quite a lot of contract management software providers in La Fayette as well as a number of IT organisations providing this as a service.
