I have spent the last 2 months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still unsure as to which way to go. A colleague of mine used to work at Jetbridge Technology Inc in Kennedale, TX and he said they never used that type of software and could not understand why I want to get this specific type of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

Contract management software enables enterprises to efficiently manage the many types of contracts they use. This specific type of software can ensure consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is basically what contract management software does or at a minimum what I want it to do. There are many benefits of using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• improves compliance on both sides
• lowers risk
• provides contract clarity

There are more advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

Software I am researching includes the following:

• Open Windows
• IntelliContract
• Blueridge Software
• ProCon

I really must narrow it down to the most effective software based on features, value, and then on customer reviews. Software program reviews are often the best way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially this type of software.

My next move is to do some more investigating to work out which products offer the greatest features and the greatest value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are so many contract management software providers in Kennedale as well as a number of IT businesses giving this as a service.
