I have spent the last couple of months looking for the most efficient contract management software and am still at a loss as to which way to go. A relative of mine briefly worked at Kelso Aviation in Kelso, WA and he once said they never used that kind of software and could not comprehend why I want to get this kind of software. I tried to show why I want to use contract management software by first discussing what the software is designed for:

Contract management software allows organisations to easily manage the different types of contracts they use. This type of software can ensure very consistent contracts which shows payments, deliverables, commitments, and compliance terms of the contract.

So that is effectively what contract management software does or at least what I am looking for it to do. There are many reasons for using specific contract management software. For example it:

• automatically controls the contract cycle
• increases compliance on both sides
• reduces risk
• provides contract clarity

There are other product advantages but they are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

• Blueridge Software
• Accruent

I really have to narrow it down to the top software based on features, price, and then on user reviews. Software program reviews are often the best way to make a good decision before downloading software, especially such important software.

My plan is to do some more investigating to see which products offer the best features and the most value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Kelso as well as a number of IT companies giving this as a service.
