I have spent the last 2 months investigating the most efficient contract management software and am still unsure as to which product to get. A friend of mine worked at Rock County Airport Weather Station in Janesville, WI and he once said they never used that style of software and could not make sense of why I want to purchase this kind of software. I tried to explain why I would like to use contract management software by first explaining what the software is used for:

So that is basically what contract management software does or at least what I want it to do. There are a number of advantages of using specific contract management software. For example it:

There are other advantages but those are what matters most to me and frequently to other corporations.

I really should shorten the list to the most effective software based on features, cost, and then on online reviews. Product reviews are often the best way to make a good decision before buying software, especially this kind of software.

My next move is to do a bit more reading to work out which products offer the best features and the best value for money. It is difficult seeing as there are a lot of contract management software providers in Janesville as well as a number of IT companies providing this as a service.
